Shipping: We use US Priority Mail as the default shipping option. If you would like to ship by another method, contact us and we will make arrangments. Shipping and handling is calculated based on the cost of your order in the following manner:
Certain items have shipping added automatically instead of using the above chart due to shipping weight. Where this is the case, it is noted on the item’s information page near the payment buttons. Express shipping is also available, simply e-mail us and we will make arrangements for you. We will also soon be adding an Express Mail Option to the Shopping Cart.
Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account and do not wish to sign up for one, contact us and we will make arrangements to take you credit card information over the phone and process it through our store merchant account which is separate from PayPal. Privacy: Kazabee, Inc. respects your privacy. No personal information or e-mail addresses are shared with anyone outside of Kazabee, Inc. You will not receive promotional e-mail from us unless you have specifically opted in.
Returns: All Auction sales are final! Returns with regard to auction sales will be accepted only if merchandise is defective, and will be for exchange of a non-defective replacement only. There will be no cash refunds for any auction sales. For non-auction sales, returns for full refund are accepted within 15 days of receipt of merchandise by customer. Full purchase price of item will be reimbursed, non inclusive of original shipping charges paid by the buyer to send the initial order. There will be no returns allowed for items special ordered. Returns for store credit are accepted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise by customer. Items must have their original receipt, and be in excellent condition with all original box/packaging material and any included manuals. Shipping for return is paid by the customer.
